When it comes to selling your house, it’s nice to show the barbecue grill (only if in good condition though) to highlight the potential of the outdoor living. However, as cool as it could be having a barbecue grill on the patio, it’s not as cool to see it through the glass doors especially if it blocks the view outside. Either move it to a more hidden spot or remove it altogether.
