You can’t really see it in the “before” photo, however the loveseat original color was (a quite faded) blue, very close to the blue used to paint the side of the fireplace. Since we really needed to create a seating area but couldn’t afford to rent new furniture, my client and I decided to buy a neutral slipcover to do the trick. Complete with the right accessories, the seating area we were able to create was just right to present a tidy family room to the potential buyers.
Home staging tip: “Consider buying a slipcover, whereas you need to freshen up or neutralize the color of either your loveseat or your couch”.
