This post is not really about staging, it rather is about the importance of hiring a good professional photographer when it comes to sell your home. Selling a house involves a team of people: the seller, the agent, the stager and the photographer (plus other people, if we want). I’ve seen too many times people trying to save some money and take the pictures themselves. Wrong. Don’t do it. Buyers select the properties they want to visit based on the photos they see online. So don’t take the risk and hire a professional. As for home staging, it is not an expense, it is an investment.
Home staging tip: “Always hire a professional photographer. Never take the photos yourself (unless you are extremely good at it)”.
