Kitchen renovation: what is worth and what is not

Home staging tip: As you know home staging really helps to sell a house faster and for more money, however, if the house has some major flaws it is better to address those first. When it comes to choosing what is worth to invest your money in, as far as a pre-sale kitchen renovation, ask yourself this simple question: “Is this — presentable? Is this — decent enough to be seen?”. If the answer is no, then definitely start planning a renovation. Take this kitchen, for example, the island countertop was ok, however, the stove was old and in desperate condition. The sellers decided to replace the whole thing to provide a more updated look, but they also decided to keep the table underneath because it was still in good shape, as well as the kitchen cabinets, even though they were both outdated.
