Home staging tip: When there’s no room (or budget) to use a chair in the living room, using only one sofa is totally fine. To balance the space, and add some contrast and color, we decided to place a floor plant in the area where you would expect to see a chair. This solution gave us also more room to center the sofa to the fireplace.
