Home staging tip: If you look carefully at the two images, the first thing that you’ll probably notice is that we made the sitting area a little bit lighter, that is we removed the green loveseat and used only one sofa and two chairs (arranged differently) in the living room in order to make it look larger and more open. However, if you look even more attentively you’ll also notice that we used the rug under the table to create this new arrangement. Why? Well, we needed the green loveseat and the other rug for another room downstairs that was in desperate need of color and coziness:
So, before buying new accessories look around and see if you can use what you already have.
