HOME STAGING OF VACANT PROPERTIES
Vacant homes aren’t appealing to look at and won’t stand out as much as properties that have been carefully furnished and accessorized. I’ll help you make your house look inviting and memorable, and ready for the market. The staging process starts with an initial 15 minute visit during which I take some photos. Then I create a design plan which includes a selection of furniture and accessories. On staging day I stage your property making sure to highlight its best features. When it sells I return to collect the furniture and the accessories. It is advised to start the whole staging process at least 10 days in advance.

HOME STAGING OF OCCUPIED PROPERTIES (REDESIGN)
Whether you are preparing your home for sale, moving into a new one or just wanting a fresher look for your existing space, I will be happy to help you transform it into an attractive and pleasing dwellingby simply using what you already have.
If the purpose of the redesign is to ready your home for sale, I’ll bring my accessories whenever it’s necessary to highlight some important areas and/or features of the house.
However, if the purpose of the redesign is to improve your living space, I’ll use exclusively what you have, and occasionally suggest you buy (or I’ll do the shopping for you) specific items to complete the look of a room.
Redesigns are $200 (plus tax) the first two hours, and $75 (plus tax) each additional hour.
Most of the time a redesign is preceded by a consultation. The goal of a consultation is to give the clients directions on how to prepare their home before putting it on the market.
At the end of a consultation the client has all the information necessary for a “do it yourself” staging.
Consultations cost $200 the first two hours, and $75 each additional hour. A written report is an extra $150.
Color consultations are $200 the first two hours, and $75 each additional hour.
