General Questions

Up to three revisions are included in the price. Additional revisions will be charged based on their complexity and the time required to implement them.

We require a 50% upfront deposit to begin work on your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and final approval.

Virtual Staging

What do you need from me to get started? Can you work with low-quality or older photos?

To get started with virtual staging, we need high-quality photos of the rooms you want to stage, along with any specific style or decor preferences you may have. If you don’t have a particular style in mind, we can suggest suitable options.

We discourage working with low-quality or older photos, as they may impact the final result. However, we can review the images first to assess their suitability and determine the expected outcome before proceeding.

Before we begin, we require clients to sign a one-time liability agreement via DocuSign. This agreement grants us permission to modify the images and allows us to use them afterward for marketing purposes.

Yes, you can choose a specific furniture style or decor theme for staging. Simply provide us with your preferences, and we will tailor the staging to match your vision. If you’re unsure, we can suggest styles that best complement the space.

We highly recommend clearly disclosing in the listing that the photos have been virtually staged and that the property is empty in reality. Transparency ensures potential buyers or renters have accurate expectations while still showcasing the property’s potential.

The turnaround time depends on the number of photos to be staged; however, the final project is typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

3D Renderings (Interiors & Exteriors)

What information or materials do you need from me to create an interior or exterior 3D renderings? Can you work with hand-drawn sketches or incomplete blueprints?

To ensure accuracy, it’s best to provide architectural drawings, such as floor plans or elevation drawings, when creating 3D renders for interiors and exteriors. However, we can also create 3D renders from photos. Renders based on hand-drawn sketches or incomplete blueprints are possible as well, though the accuracy of measurements may not be perfect.

In addition, before we begin, we require clients to sign a one-time liability agreement via DocuSign.

Typically, 3D renderings of interiors and exteriors take between 5 to 7 business days to complete. However, the exact timeline depends on the number of renders required and the number of revisions included in the project. We will provide a more accurate estimate once we review the project details.

Videos & Animations

What information or materials do you need from me to create a 3D video or animation?
